Biddy Enterprises Ltd ("Biddy Enterprises", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, how we use it and the choices you have. We handle personal information in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
Information We Collect
This website does not have accounts or online payments. When you send our quote form, the details you enter are delivered to us by email through Web3Forms, a form-processing service. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. We only receive personal information that you choose to send us, for example:
- Your name, email address, phone number and company name, if you email us or ask for a quote.
- Details of your enquiry, such as the booth size and options you are interested in, and where they will be installed.
Information Collected Automatically
Our website is hosted by Cloudflare. Like most hosting providers, Cloudflare and our fonts provider receive technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This is used to deliver and secure the site. We do not use it to identify you.
How We Use Your Information
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare quotes.
- To arrange delivery, installation, service and support for products you buy.
- To keep records required for accounting, tax and legal purposes.
- To protect our business against fraud and misuse.
We will only send you marketing messages if you have agreed to receive them, and you can withdraw that consent at any time.
Sharing Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business (for example email, hosting, shipping and installation providers), and only as needed for them to do that work. We may also disclose information when required by law. Some of these providers may store information outside Canada, where it may be accessible to authorities under local laws.
Third-Party Services
This site loads fonts from Google Fonts, is delivered through Cloudflare, and uses Web3Forms to deliver quote form submissions. These providers have their own privacy policies. When you click an email link on this site, your email program opens and any message you send is handled by your email provider.
How Long We Keep Information
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and then delete or anonymize it.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
